Prove it correct. You only have the view of a couple people involved. This story has been around a long time. Just getting drug up by mudslingers who don't like the traction J.M. is getting in establishing mainline doctrine.

You mean like saying Alistair Begg was wrong in his advice to the grandmother about attending a trans "wedding"; but says that it was not wrong to bake a cake for homosexual couples?

Is this the "mainline doctrine" you refer to?

    Sounds like RANK HYPOCRISY

makes no difference. Macarthur is a PUBLIC figure who is himself judging others, so it is not a problem showing that he has double standards

Same as commenting on what Alistair Begg said

To you it doesn't. All that matters to you is this was a prime opportunity to bash a Calvinist, and you jumped on it with both feet. Period.

The story you linked to proves you wrong. Did you even read it?

The wife was not “kicked out” of the church. Your statement is false. This was church discipline. She had separated from her husband (not divorced.. so again, your statement is proven false), JMac publicly announced to the church that she refused to reconcile with her husband and should be considered an unbeliever.

The husband was convicted of crimes YEARS after this event. The wife stated she did not know of the abuse of the children during this time. So, your suggestion that JMac knew of child sexual abuse and protected this man is proven FALSE by the story you linked to.

This church has elders (not deacons), so your statement is proven false. The elder did not produce a “report” during that time, so your statement is proven FALSE. The elder, in retrospect, some 20 years later, believed the church had not handled this incident correctly and asked JMac and the church to apologize to the woman. JMac disagreed with his suggestion. The elder believed he was correct and separated from the church.

Your statements have been proven false by the story you linked to.

    You have been proven wrong.

Now, you should repent of this attempt to slander a godly Christian man over petty disagreements over doctrine.

    Shame on you

    peace to you

listen to the video clip in #25. read the link by Julie Roys and OPEN your eyes and ears!!!

JM has not apologized to the woman who was WRONGED by him and the church!

WHY would any human being want to be reconciled to a person who ABUSES them?

The husband was JAILED for what he did, which shows that JM is WRONG!

You cannot bring yourself to admit that one of your own "reformed" can be Biblically WRONG!

JM attacks Begg for his wrong advice to the woman on a trans "wedding", and YET he says that it is NOT A SIN to bake a cake for a homosexual "wedding", Pastor John MacArthur Answers: Is It Sinful to Provide Services for a Gay Wedding? try to defend him now!

Typical, cannot accept that your "heroes" are NOT "perfect".

I have another for you. John Calvin SUPPORTED the MURDER of a heretic! Show from the Bible this is right!

I have no idea who Begg is.
I am not fan of Calvin. He was in the ditch on a lot of stuff.

The Bible says to "not even eat with such a person" if that person calls themselves a believer. Baking a cake for profit and attending out of support is totally different.

The site you linked to has many, many stories of Christians being caught doing criminal activity. It appears that is the main purpose of the site.

You picked this story because it “involves” JMac’s Church. You are attempting to undermine JMac by linking him to a man that was convicted of crimes years after this event of church discipline with his wife which occurred over 20 years ago.

I have demonstrated from the site you linked to many of the statements you have made are FALSE. Unashamed, you simply reword the slander.

Since I have proven so many of of your statements to be FALSE, and yet you continue unashamed to slander a godly Christian, I will leave you to wallow in the muck that is this thread.

    peace to you

I put my trust in scripture.

However, just like when you present your warped theology, no amount of truth will sway you, no amount of your filthy slander will shame you, no amount of civil dialog will convince you to stop the insults and focus on scripture.

I did respect your Queen, though.

    peace to you
