The so called "queen" was never the real thing as she was not ENGLISH! They are are bunch of spongers

I have demonstrated very clearly from the Bible that John 3.16 to 18 Teaches God's Saving Love for the entire human race, which even your hero John Calvin clearly acknowledges. Your theology on this is 100 % UNBIBLICAL which you will not admit to

I am not a Calvinist, and I have no problems with much of what they teach, except for the TULI in TULIP which is HUMAN theology, and NOT from the Infallible Word of God!

BTW, John Calvin was not a "Calvinist"! :D:Cool

    LOL, good to know.

For context, I read that the late Queen of England served as a mechanic during WW2. She worked with the “common” folk at a depot that was a prime target for German bombing.

I was impressed, and became a fan… sort of long distance… “across the pond” as they say.

    peace to you

That has probably been said 10,000 times on here.
    I agree. He was not.

Unless J.M. is directly dealing with soterological content, It's hard to tell that he is a Calvinist.

The latest on David Gray, Two L.A. Teachers Are Accused of Molestation

Till date GCM and JM have, as far as I am aware, not apologized to the INNOCENT wife, Eileen Gray, whose actions have PROVED that she is 100% RIGHT, not to take this ABUSIVE CRIMINAL back!!!

Yep. What we call "Calvinism" didn't exist during his lifetime. The big divider them was views of Communion (Luther vs Calvin), and that difference was what the word "Calvinism" originally pointed to.

She could make a proper cup of tea.

Where I live that'd be sweet iced tea.

Sweet tea was always available in the fridge, growing up. Now we do unsweet tea and let everyone use their own sweeteners.

This article is 20 years old and occurred a couple years after Grey left the church.

Is there anyone arguing that Eileen Grey was not 100% right not to take back her abusive husband?

Again, facts that we know about what happened to Mrs. Grey at GC

    1. She separated from her husband (2002?) because he was abusive. He was a music minister in the church

    2. She states she did not know at the time her children with Grey were being molested.

    3. It appears an Elder counseled her to take her husband back. She refused.

    4. JMac, believing he was following scripture publicly shamed her for not taking her husband back and told the congregation to consider her to be an unbeliever

    5. An elder that was involved, 20 years removed from the incident and in light of the later revelation of child se:ual abuse, felt compelled to convince JMac that He and the Church should apologize to Mrs. Grey for how she was treated.

    6. JMac declined to apologize and the elder left the church.

Your continued attempts to link JMac to knowledge of child se:ual abuse by one the staff and “punishing” the victim does not withstand scrutiny.

    peace to you

As Christians who follow the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Teachings of the Holy Bible, WHAT difference does it make if this is 20 years old, 200 years old, or 2 days old?

JM was the pastor at the time, and still is the pastor now!

The husband is an abusive person, which no doubt was known to JM, as the evidence does show, and yet he takes the side of this man, against the wife!

I cannot see any reason why JM cannot follow the advice his own elder gives in his report, and do the right Biblical thing, and apologize, and make peace with the wife?

All of what you keep on saying, is to try and defend JM, when the evidence is clear that he is wrong on this!

you own attitude on this makes me wonder about the person you are.

First, you do not know all the facts from this event 20 plus years ago. You do not know what JMac knew at the time.

For all you know, Mrs.Grey refused to talk to the elders about her decision to separate. We just don’t know all the facts.

In retrospect, it is clear the woman was justified in leaving her husband.

However, to start a thread on a public forum declaring JMac is unfit to be minister of the Bible over an incident you know very little about, and attempting to directly link him to knowledge of child se:ual abuse at the time when even Mrs. Grey admits she didn’t know about it, confirms to me the kind of person you are.

    All done now

    peace to you

Time and again, you have IGNORED that FACTS about this, and probably not even bothered to read the link in the OP!

Go back and OPEN your eyes and READ, what Hohn Cho, who has investigated this, and his conclusions, A Faithful Elder Stands Up For The Sheep - The Heidelblog

You are more interested in JM because he is "reformed", and IGNORE the GRAVE ERRORS of his MISJUDGEMENTS!!!

I will not respond any more to you, because it is CLEAR that you have ZERO interest in the FACTS, and TRUTH of this, as is very clearly established by Mr Cho and others, who also have discovered more ABUSE at GCC!!!

Of course I read the link, which you did not. I only have interest in the facts. Your only interest is to slander JMac because you disagree with his theology (and he is very successful)

By reading the link I discovered the facts which I then brought to light…

    1. This event is over 20 years old.
    2. Mrs. Grey clearly stated SHE DID NOT KNOW her husband was molesting the children at that time.
    3. This event was a matter of church discipline when JMac made his decision.

If readers only looked at your hyperbolic posts, they would believe JMac knew this man was a peado and had attempted to force his wife to hand their children over to him.

    Shame on you!!!!

JMac is not “reformed”, he is Calvinistic. I am reformed.

Thank you for not responding to my posts.

Please feel free to put me in “ignore”

    peace to you
