According to the e-Sword KJV1611 the word 'houre' appears 89 times. In the Crosswalk.com KJV1769 the word 'hour' only appears 82 times. Where are the missing seven houres?

Are you talking to me? Could you please post all the differences, as it seems to be my duty to check them. I would appreciate your help in the matter

Ed, I got 95 hits on the KJV1611 in 88 verses and 94 hits with KJV1769 in 87 verses.

I'm not trying to knock down your post, but why the difference? (Still one tittle missing. )

I was reporting the New Testament, Phillip is reporting the whole Bible. I failed to note the e-Sword notes the # of verses and the # of hits, hense the differenc in my numbers. The seven missing 'hours" isn't really missing. It is just 'hour's that apepar more than once in a verse.

The extra "houre" in KJV1611 is here:
e-sword says "houre" is in Ester 10:3 but is in:

(10:11) And these two lots came at the houre, and time, and day of iudgement before God amongst all nations.

Esther 10:11 is in the Apocrypha. The extra "houre" is found in the Apocrypha. The Apocrypha is part of the KJV1611 but not the KJV1769.

Actually, according to what I have read, the apocrypha was still part of the original 1769 edition by Blayney. It is just omitted in most
present KJV's that are based on the 1769, but that are not actually 100% identical to the 1769 in text.
