This has nothing to do with Calvinism. You are blatantly ignoring the Pauline epistles. Your position is that you don't care what the Bible says, you only care what you feel. You want us to give you a cookie and some milk, or call out your blatent doctrinal error?

I can say the same to you. You ignore what the Holy Spirit can and will do but since it does not fit into your idea of what the church has to be like then you just refuse to trust Him. It would seem I have a higher regard for what God can do than you.

You actually have a high regard for the mentality cults are built upon.
You have continually avoided the questions I have asked.
Again, Does The Spirit contradict The Word? That is a very simple question. Have no idea why you can't answer it.
It is not my idea of what church should be like. It is about what Paul, AT THE INSPIRATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, said church should be like. You expect me to believe the plain wording of Scripture, or what someone tells me God told them?
    Are you a Baptist?
Are you a member of and attend A Baptist Church?

No the Spirit does not contradict scripture but you keep saying that He does and then blame me for doing it.

Do you not read these posts I have said many times that I am a Baptist from a line of Baptist ministers on both sides of my family. Yes & Yes

I have answered all your questions you just do not like my answers. If you do not want the truth then do not ask your questions.

When Paul at the inspiration of the Spirit prohibited women teaching men or being in authority over men, how do you justify it?

The truth is found in Scripture. You are twisting Scripture to justify rebellion

Come on, they have control of it already. Serving communion only verified it. My wife runs our home, the finances, the scheduling of maintenance etc but I’m the man (the leader of the family in important decisions, with her input of course). It’s not that I have authority over her, rather she considers me of value and therefore her partner in final decisions.

I see our church body as being like that. IE a partnership of man and woman in maintaining a harmonious union for operating an effective church body so I’m not going to object to a female handing out the sacrament, unless she is a vile sinner unworthy of the task. I also reflect on scripture and cannot find mention prohibiting women from it.

It gives women authority, in the congregation, over men

As I have previously stated, the person passing out the elements has the duty to not distribute elements to certain people. Thus it is a position of authority.
Show me where I am wrong.

But it can mean anything to one who twists Scripture to make God a god of their own design and who makes The Holy Spirit their errand boy who caters to their fleeting whims.

So what, do men always have to be in authority to women? Is she teaching and preaching to someone?

Wives submit to your husbands. There are roles, and no they are not equal roles.

What did Paul say? What did he say to "all the churches"?
You must follow the plain truth of Scripture. You can't rationalize it away. The issue was not cultural. The issue stemmed from Eve being deceived. Read the text. It is both a consequence of the first sin and a consequence of leading Adam to sin. The practical aspect is women, due to emotions and being created to be in subjection to men, are more likely to be led astray.
