The SBC position is consistent with the Distinctive of individual soul liberty, so it's in line with Baptist faith and practice.
My problem with being a Mason is the keeping of secrets. Since I keep nothing from my wife, except perhaps, what's under the Christmas tree, I couldn't be a Mason. But I couldn't be an elected official or CIA agent for the same reason.
Masons? Good or bad?
