We need to defend our borders against illegal aliens. We need to deport illegal aliens as we find them. We need to place heavy fines on businesses or individuals who hire illegal aliens. We need to refuse any taxpayer benefits to illegal aliens, except for emergency medical care, after which they should be deported.

Agree. Borders, language, and culture!
-
I say we just make Mexico part of the United States. If we ask, they'd probably just say ok.
-
That would not be good Gina. When two entities combine the net result is a lowering of the one with higher standards, and at their expense.
-
Seems like Mexico is hypocritical. They do all they can to keep people from Central America from coming to their country while making this silly demand for the U.S.
-
Why do they want to get rid of more of their people? Don't we have enough of their illegals now?
Anyone see that movie the Day After where americans were flocking over the boarder by the thousands, couldn't be stopped, we had to make a deal with them to cross over.
Just a thought. -
Mexico Demands?
I would say, 'Hold on there! Demand things of your own country. We will run ours.'
Besides, I heard elsewhere that Muslims are disguising themselves as Mexicans by coming in through the Mexican border.
If they can't come in honestly, they don't need in in the first place -
In full agreement with Gina. I have thought that for years.
For now, I would be happy if they would all pick up a couple pieces of trash on their way over and dispose of it properly. The border is disgusting.
standing...that is true. I was present during an arrest of a truck driver moving heroin in his semi who claimed to be Mexican, yet was whisked away by the men in black cars soon after. When I asked what happened, I was told he was a friend of Al Queda. -

After all, I hear the US cannot even enforce its own laws without looking at whether these laws conform with international "standards", short of
applying the laws of other countries to the US situation, so why shouldn't Mexico treat the US like a doormat ? -
Although an Urban Legend attributed to Robin Williams and not true, here is a good plan for America to follow:
http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl-williams-plan.htm -
""The Statue of Liberty is no longer saying'Give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses.' She's got a baseball bat and she's yelling, 'You want a piece of me?'" - Robin Williams.
So much for the shining city on a hill. In the last two World Wars, the children of those poor, tired, huddled masses pulled us through. Let's hope we have something for the next unpleasantness.
And it will come. It always does. -

Wasnt what is now known as California, part of Mexico at one time?
I dont find it President Fox's fault there are Mexican gangs in LA. -
I would blame the Mexican Gangs on poor border patrol, and poor policing in LA.
Don't blame someone else for sending them to America, the border patrol could have stopped them. We need stricter patrol. -
What Vicente Fox is at fault for is not adressing rampant corruption and crime in his own country. What has been adressed in Neuvo Laredo has long been overdue and way too late for over 300 dead Mexican women left dead in the dessert.

I dont think that people should be turned away from the United States that wish to become citizens. Those here temporarily should be watched carefully that they do not wear out their welcome.
