No it doesn't. Not to me anyway. Congress will build the wall, and the US will be reimbursed by the good trade deal. It all works out in the end. More importantly lives will be saved.

Yes, the deal has to be made (though it's all but done). Then, hopefully you'll be able to admit Trump got Mexico to pay for the wall.
