Mitt Romney getting his fill of life after politics

Romney said something during the campaign that is very true. The rich will make out no matter what! So as he sails into the sunset he has a few hundred million to take with him. And he started from scratch financially.

 

It is true that those who save attract money. Another principle is that if one thinks poor and penny pinches all the time, one will remain that way. For example, if one rents furniture, one pays at least two to three times what someone who buys furniture pays. On a smaller scale, those who buy smaller quanities of an item they are required to buy every week will pay multiples of a person who buys one larger quantity. It can also be seen in a comparison between paying, say, a newspaper subscription monthly vs. yearly. Those who cannot afford to pay yearly end up paying more, and are thus stuck in a lower income cycle.
