During a moment of silence for a slain police officer, some New Orleans Saints knelt, for some reason, whether ignorance, error, or as an insult. The fans booed. If it was deliberate, Indianapolis radio WIBC commentator Tony Katz said this morning that he could not defend them if people called them scumbags.

People still watch the NFL? I thought they were out of business by now.

Oh, no, it takes a lot of arrows to shoot down a giant. They're hurting but they are still around for now.
This particular incident, I believe Sean Payton and Drew Brees that the players couldn't hear the call for the moment of silence and the fans booed as they were kneeling. A black slain police officer, yet another PR nightmare for the NFL:

then the Saints won the game - never a fan of them, Sean is a big gun control advocate, the same guy whose team paid bonuses when they would seriously injure an opponent. -
I would kneel in prayer for such a hero killed. To kneel in protest of "oppression by cops" deserves a "boo". Or a brickbat.
