I survived eight years of Reagan, somehow. I'll take Obama over Reagan any day.

The US survived Reagan quite well. We'll probably survive Georack Bushama too, but lots of knuckles could turn white

I got through the Reagan years with ease. The times I had to survive was when Clinton & G.W.Bush took office. Now that Obama has taken over, it seems my survival is going to get even tougher.

The major difference between Reagan & Obama (aside from their poltical views) was that Reagan didn't need his teleprompter to make his opponents look silly.

I see by your age you were a child during the Reagan years (3-11 years old). Not surprising politics were not an issue for you then.

And your proof beyond doubt of this personal attack is what?

How were you negatively impacted by President Reagan's policies?

What was difficult about the Reagan years for you that was related to the President?

Not sure if that is a bad thing.

I suppose unions are good for those who are below average in their fields.

    Reagan enforced the law.

Unions didn't like that at all.

    I'm not so sure.

Obama and the dems are making the auto unions give up quite a bit in order for the auto companies to obtain loans to stay in business.

Their non-unionized financial buddies on the other hand got straight up handouts which they promptly used to give themselves bonuses as authorized in Obama's "stimulus" bill.

I am also guessing that Obama's cap and trade program is going to drive what's left of our manufacturing industries out of the country to avoid the costs which their foreign competition will not be paying.

That doesn't really sound all that good for unions.

This is a typically inane Reagan comment. But he wasn't responding to Obama. Who or what was he responding to. Do you even know? I could cut and paste comments from different speakers at different time addressing different issues and prove anything. Another worthless post.

So, if someone doesn't agree with you and is not as conservative as you are, that makes them a troll?

Or perhaps it is that most if not all of the posts are one line personal attacks.

Yeah, I know. Those are what I called the "good old days". Despite not being old enough to vote, I still followed political issues. Some of my other 7th grade classmates thought I was weird.
