Oh I know. I didn't grow up in a real religious home, we used to listen to Rock music all the time and I was a huge fan of the Beatles, especially John. But when he came out with this leftist garbage I kinda soured on him.
I would also, but I think to base a comment like that on the state in which one resides is over the top.
I have lived in Kentucky well over thirty years, and see no evidence of it.
It is just one of those types of comments that has no place in a debate in this forum.
You guys are killing me. It doesn't matter what state you live in, I live in Connecticut in the most rural area I've ever lived. I lived in large, modern cities down South. And country music is HUGE up here.

WV? That's where our owners pay the locals scab wages to tear down the tops of their forested hills and sluce the muck into their rivers? The town that was recently washed away when a muck dam collapsed . . . didn't matter because it was only black people who got flushed?

Couple of years ago one of your state senators made a left turn across traffic into his driveway and killed a motorcyclist. You tinnisseeians named the highway after the senator in honor of his eliminating a carpetbagger.
How 'bout down here in the Heart of Dixie??? Any bigotry going on here in Alabama??
How 'bout down in Louisiana where I grew up---any partiality against ragin' Cajuns along the Atchafalaya River basin----Pierre Part?? Morganza?? New Roads?? Lake Varret?? How 'bout over at Bertholot's boat landing on Bayou Sorrel???:laugh:
Give me a break about bigotry being reserved for the South!!!
And bigotry isn't reserved for just skin color-------tell that clown dressed up in an Alabama Crimson Tide outfit that you're an LSU fan or an Auburn fan and that you don't like his "Clown" outift!!!! See what happens!!!
and this board actually allows people like this to continue with memebrship here, these things are now allowable, personal attacks are no longer a banning offense?
But of course, he's already told us he'll be back with anew name, again. another immediate banning offense.
