I guess I'll have to post something here - so Dr. Bob's favorite thread doesn't go bye-bye while he is bye-bye!

Dan - just trying to help again! [IMG]

Hey I'll just in as long as I don't get chased away cause I'm a girl! LOL

I sure hope Dr. Bob's back got better fast. It would be awful to be on a cruise and be stuck in bed! ;)

Dan - nobody'll chase you women away - as long as you'll admit to be OLD CODGERS!

Although only getting to the half-way mark of the "threescore years and ten" later this year, I am sure I joined the old codgers club today...

Have a sore foot, so went to see the quack about it...

    The verdict.....GOUT!!!! [IMG]

Pete! Gout! Isn't that caused by poor diet or a diet rich in something not very good for you? OUCH!

Dan, Well, I'm not a guy and I'm not eccentric but I'm 53 so I think I qualify age wise. [IMG]

I know I'm getting old because the threads on politics are getting on my 'nerves' and it's not even fall 2004! LOL

    Diane,

I didn't know we had to be eccentric in order to be an old codger - but if you say so I'll take your word for it.

Dan - eccentric - and able to identify all other eccentrics - and Diane - I am identifying you!

Some people try to turn back their odometers.

Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.

I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved!

I've had to change the way I eat - because my old habits contributed to my diabetes - and now - probably 20 years too late - I eat more sensibly!

Dan - what I eat is often boring!

How old does one have to be to be a member in here then?

There's no age limit, Sheila. As long as you'll let yourself be called an old Codger, Dr. Bob says we're welcome. At first there was a mention of 55... I'm 53.

    Welcome Dear!

Welcome to all you young "old codgers" - the more who join - the more fun we'll have.

Dan - soon will be 55 - and thus qualify for real as an old codger - as well as get senior citizens discounts at certain establishments!

It is 3 years old. I have one I took this Christmas that I am going to put on there when Clint has time to resize it for me. [IMG]
