Now you boys better back off! Granny, Sue, Sheila and myself have all told our true age! In fact, they're in our profiles! Granny is only 6 months older than Dr. Bob. Sheila is younger than Blackbird if I recall correctly.

Here's another gem for you - I'm getting older faster than my mother is.
When I was one - she was thirty-one -- making her 31 times older that I was.
Now that I am 54 - and she is 85 -- she is only 1.57 times older than I am!
Figure that one out - will ya!

Brudder Dan~you's so smart! How "U" & fren'blackbird come-up wid all dem tings you do!
We had a '81 S-10 that had over 350,000mi on the original motor that we just sold last summer. Sure do miss it. Been wishin' fer a '57 forever~so stupid to get rid of the one we had!
Our oldest son has a '59 Catalina he bought from his papaw in Calif. That thing's sharp! He hoed cotton one summer to pay fer it & an uncle brought it back here on his rig.

Dan - good way of looking at your age. In 1998 I, too, was only 49 (for a coupla months).
Maybe we need to have a YOUNG CODGER'S CLUB for us ruddy youths?

I've smoked a few turkeys in my day, but ain't never touched them coffin-nails.
I've also "smoked" a few Fords in my day in the Powder-Puff races, & we'd drag-race out on the airport strip. Back then, women didn't race against men.
