One can interpret Omar's adoption of the headscarf however they want, but her timing is in solidarity with the worst terrorist attack on US soil, which she managed to outrageously minimize in an interview. She is a shill. Muslims give her prestige and voice in America that she would never have in a Muslim country, and they do so because she uses her citizenship against America.

Trump is not at all racist when he calls her out for anti-American rhetoric. He is right to do it, and to tell her to resign and leave posthaste, if she doesn't fully appreciate America. He should state emphatically that the US not only will never be Socialist, but will never kowtow to Sharia or any other system that would trample the rights delineated in the US Constitution, which he is bound by heart and oath to "preserve, protect, and defend." She is similarly obligated, but as has been pointed out, as an Islamicist cannot be similarly trusted.

I pray no one harms her or attempts to harm her, as that would make her a martyr for islam & evoke sympathy for her. Let us instead pray she gets voted outta office & fades into obscurity.

Pastor, you need to know that mocking really does hurt people. Not only the target of the mocking, but the mocker -- it is a sin against God and hardens them toward the things of God. But I think you already know that.

If someone were to seriously mock you around here, I know you would raise a fuss. I doubt you would stand for it if someone in your congregation mocked you. I certainly hope you don't practice mocking against members of your own congregation.

 

Your use of the word harm is rather extreme. Mocking may offend someone but there is no harm. We need to differentiate between the two. Using extremist language is nothing more than leftist propaganda.

Standing for it and seeing it as causing harm are not the same thing. You left wingers complain about Trumps rhetoric but use this exaggerated rhetoric all the time. Time to tone it down by everyone.
