Why would you say that? It's illogical.
I am vaccinated. You are not. The science points to you being a greater risk to the unvacvinated than me. You are more likely to get covid and spread it to your wife. If she is not vaccinated then she us more likely to die of covid than I am. At the sane time vaccinated people can get covid, so you are more of a risk to them than I am.
Thus is not fear. It is science. Science says an asteroid could hit the earth and kill people.
Recognizing science is not living in fear.
In fact, how many pro-vovid-vaccine threads have been started? How many anti-vovud-vacvine threads?
This tells us who is living in fear.
People who don’t want the vaccine aren’t refusing it

we already know they are working to make things look worse than it really is. Ole Jane Fonda admitted covid is a gift to the left. They are good at the old salinsky principle never to waste a good crisis.
it looks like some on this board are doing the same. Welcome to the religion of “trust the science” -

I am addressing you apart from their comments.
Christians live by faith, not by science.
Vaccines are not our Saviour, God is.
Right?;)
Good evening to you, sir. -
The reason is the vaccinated are less likely to get covid. The vaccinated are more likely to be asymptomatic if they do, but then they would not be contageous. The concern would be the vaccinated who have mild symptoms that they do not identify with covid. -
-
People who regret not being vaccinated are those who have spread it to a spouse or child. There is no way to know if the vacvine would have prevented the death of their spouse or child, but they know there was that possibility. They know that they did not do all they could do to protect their family. -
But scientists do not work in a vacuum.
What organizations do you find crediable?
I ask because you seem to pick out people who say what you want them to say. -
Yes, Christians live by faith. Both the vaccinated and unvaccinated make choices knowing God is in control of their lives.
At the same time Christians also suffer the consequences of bad choices they make.
With my example I do not mean @Reformed1689 would kill his wife by not being vaccinated. I mean should that happen he would know there was something he could have fint that might have prevented her death. It is possible this could happen to me. But I would know I did all I could to keep her safe.
One of my wife's friends was unvaccinated. She had covid, mild symptoms, and spread it to her unvaccinated husband who died of covid. They were young and thought they were not at risk. Perhaps the vaccine would not have made a difference. But she wrestles with the knowledge that there was also a chance it could have.
But we, as Christians, do live by faith. That is why we can make decisions without fear. I praise God for giving us doctors and scientists - for providing us vaccines and medicines through them.
We also have to keep in mind there is a difference between having faith in God and tempting God. Sometimes people just want to do what they want to do and they use "live by faith" as a justification. -

I do congratulate the two officials from the FDA who stepped down recently. Marion Gruber and Phil Krause left over their resistance to booster shots. They are against the White House stance. -
@Dave G ,
Here is an old illustration of what I mean.
A man was trapped in his house during a flood. He began praying to God to rescue him. The water started to rise in his house. His neighbor urged him to leave and offered him a ride to safety. The man yelled back, “I am waiting for God to save me.”
The man continued to pray. As the water began rising in his house, he had to climb up to the roof. A boat came by with some people heading for safe ground. They yelled at the man to grab a rope they were ready to throw and take him to safety. He told them that he was waiting for God to save him.
The man continued to pray, believing with all his heart that he would be saved by God. The floodwaters continued to rise. A helicopter flew by and a voice came over a loudspeaker offering to lower a ladder and take him off the roof. The man waved the helicopter away, shouting back that he was waiting for God to save him. The flooding water came over the roof and caught him up and swept him away. He drowned.
When he reached heaven and asked, “God, why did you not save me? I believed in you with all my heart. Why did you let me drown?” God replied, “I sent you a pick-up truck, a boat, and a helicopter and you refused all of them. What else could I possibly do for you?”
