You just opened a can of worms!
Instead of posting all mine (as there are a few), I will post the first that comes to mind.
People using uptalk, or its inverse, vocal fry.

I mentioned those two items a few weeks ago here. Both are annoying.

"Like." And I was like. And he was like. And it was like. And she was like. And I was like. And she was like. And I was like. And she was like. And I was like. And I was like, you really like think that, like really?
I can not stand it. I literally want to rip their heads off to shut them up.

We call them trolleys. French call them Caddies or sometimes Chariots .
I like the latter.

The words ironic and random are used way too often and many times with the wrong meaning.
Also, ALERT! I am sick and tired of people using the word literally when it's clearly metaphoric. These folks are
so caught up in their enthusiasm they resort to using that word devoid of its actual meaning.

That is weird situation. By USDOT regs, you have narrow and wide medians. Wide medians are crossed in the right lane. Narrow medians are crossed in the left lane. Many counties and cities do not have enough sense to mark the ones that are not obvious.
