IF you take and remove away from the SDA all of the teachings of Ellen White, what is left?

The point being, that neither Daniel, Ezekiel, John were written yet, to even be scripture. There was only Moses.

In verity, truth, we are not just another "denomination", and woe to the Seventh-day Adventist that would countenance such a thought. We [in humility] are the remnant as spoken of in the prophecy of Revelation. We [in humility] are the final "movement".

Actually, it's more than one question.

Do you believe that Ellen G White had the spiritual gift of prophesy as in
    Corinthians 14:1-12?

You truly believe that without Ellen White all Christendom would be ensnared by the RCC?

And your point is that God filled in missing information with Ellen White?

I would define it even further, do you think she had the role of the office of the prophet for today, as gifts of prophecy were not same as being a prophet!

Actual, it should be the Scriptures themselves, and Jesus Christ!

Individuals? No. Bodies yes, even as it is written, the difference between the virgins [Seventh-day Adventist] and the harlots [daughters of the mother of Revelation 17]. Systems of belief, not individuals. To reject a prophet of God is deadly, as it is written in scripture. God gave such light for the last days to keep even the elect [from all in Christendom] from being deceived.

Those who are knowingly rejecting her, are already being ensared by Romanism, in one way or another, not all are ensared in the same way, even if they hate that system [not individuals].

Okay. Thank you. Is she the only person in the past 2,000 years to have such a gift?

These are my flags for identifying a cult

    1. There is a notable "face" of the cult; A person who can be considered the "leader"--usually with writings additional to the Scriptures
    2. The said cult identifies themselves as the "True/Faithful Church"
    3. The said cult identifies all other groups as misled/unfaithful
    4. The said cult has special revelation that other groups do not have
    5. The said cult usually emphasizes Law
    6. The said cult has a list of rules that help with "being healthy(spiritually or physically)" or "growing in faith"
    7. The said cult modifies their doctrine or stance every so often.

She was indeed inspired. The Testimonies are without error, as they are not from her, they are the Testimony of Jesus to us, by the Holy Spirit, through sister White.

Sister White, in her person, never claimed infallibility, and stated that she, herself, was not infallible, and had many lessons to learn from her Teacher, Jesus Christ.

The historical materials cited, in various places are not claimed as infallible, but are used as summations of events, ie like that which is cited in the Great Controversy. Read the introduction by herself, in how she stated their uses and purpose therein.

Do you believe "baptists" are ensnared, to some degree, by the RCC?

Great list, and I would agree with 1, 4,5,6, and 7. It seems that 2 and 3 could be said of anyone, but the rest do distinguish a cult, and the SDA ticks every box.

My hope is that our two friends would wake up.
