    Many Antichrists were here in John's day. The Man of sin is another Antichrist, "the little horn" who arrived first in Nero and then in the Papacy. Still to come in Islam.

    If you read the accounts of it from Josephus you can easily see nothing like it has happened to that degree since.

    Why did the Christians evacuate Jerusalem when they saw it happening if it was in the distant future as you say?

    The Christians evacuated Jerusalem because Jesus said that the Temple would be destroyed. That does not denigrate Revelation and that does not prove Preterism. Actually, Preterism is heterodox and always has been.

    I don't believe Preterism either. But Jesus says the destruction of Jerusalem would be the greatest tribulation the world would ever see.

    There was some that was fulfilled in 70 AD, but much still to be fulfilled in the future. What was, is, and yet to come, per John!

    Nope, he said that the period of the Great tribulation would involve entire world being affected, not just middle east!

    You are confusing the great tribulation of 70 AD with great tribulation that dominates the world up til the end.
