Yea but more Bull is still Bull
Sorry Ken, that was just to much of a set up.
I would not waste time feeling sorry for her Ken. I doubt very seriously if she is afraid of this event. She has enough real life experience to put this in perspective. I just hope her handlers will let her loose. I disagree with the assessment about her being unprepared for these media interviews. I think she was over prepared by speech writers who tried to script what they wanted her to say. If she can speak from her heart and be real with the American people she will win the debate and reverse the slide in the polls. If she delivers canned one liners, repeats herself, and tries to give scripted answers then she will fail.
Win or loose she is a big girl Ken, she got where she is on her own merit not because she married or inherited it. I hope she does well and this is the next stepping stone to her '12 campaign.
Sarah Palin will win debate, expectation moderately high

Pick a NEUTRAL organization to make the call and we'll stand behind the result. FOX news and all the far right blowhards are out. -
No one truly "wins" these debates.
That being said, the stakes seem to be higher for Palin than Biden.
Any mistake she makes will be trumpeted to the ends of the earth. Everyone already knows Biden is a screw up.
So, who really carries the lower expectations? ;) -
I head Sean Hannity's interview of Sarah Palin driving home from work this afternoon. All Biden has to do is allow her to speak. She will sink her own ship. -

Kinda like you do on a daily basis, eh ?
I think all she has to do to win is prove she's not a third-grader.
And you will hate her even worse, tomorrow.
I know we're kinda getting along now, but that doesn't mean I have to refrain from letting you know these things. -
As far as being a third-grader, maybe in your eyes, I don't know. I do have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston Downtown; how about you?
Just because I disagree with McCain and Palin doesn't mean that I hate either one of them, I don't. I just don't agree with their politics.
Let me ask you, do you hate Obama? -
I presume you're referring to Hillary Clinton. It must be nice to consider yourself God and damn people to Hell. The only problem is you have no such authority. -
-
Well said, Andy. To be fair, some Righties also put their trust in horses and chariots of Washington as well. I know you agree with this, too. See...that's your problem around here...you're not a blind, partisan hack. Off with your head!!!!

Talk about up and down and back up again to down again
Joe Biden clearly won if you had the premise who can step in as President , he clearly won the foreign policy debate.
Sarah Palin won with the base that gets so energized by her, and I think Gwen Ifill cut her some slack she clearly did not follow up with her, who knows why.
But this is how John McCain clearly lost for Sarah at the same time she is clawing her way to credibility, he pulls out of Michigan, and she herself afterwards was disappointed and was willing to go there and fight.
Sarah played to the TV audience with some bizarre winking going on, she was clearly ready and scripted to the max but no big time soundbites, closest was on how she chooses to answer questions a clear shot across the bow to the major media, that won her some points.
Joe Biden had the best soundbite with the bridge to nowhere line, and his heartfelt feelings for family.
Tuesday will tell if the polls move and the bloodletting stops as of today some of the polls have Obama widening the lead even more.
but the big story the night of the debate was McCain pulling out of Michigan and not exactly a vote of confidence for Sarah Palin.
Now it is back to McCain and Obama, I think Obama wins all of them , in fact Obama could cancel the last one and McCain would not care.
October will be an evil month and may turn a lot of Christians off, you are seeing on this board the desperation of those who do not want Obama and they are looking for anything to stick.
I think someone on this board perhaps two have said they are voting for Baldwin it always strikes me odd, when people are for someone and vote for someone but they are incessant in their opposition to Obama, but you do not here one position about Baldwin or promotion or why we should vote for Baldwin.
in a month of desperation that always backfires because people know in the back of their minds they sense desperation and what desperation usually brings.
False information and half truths to damage the innocent.
It would be better if they were doing what I am doing and Obama ground people are doing, getting people to register, early vote, and line up help for them on the day of election , either through transportation or babysitting some kids so they can go vote.
taking the elderly to go vote early or day of, educating them all on voter suppression tactics.
Yeah that is another thing??? Why do democrats work so hard to include people and the Republicans work so hard to exclude people???
If Obama/Biden wins their administration should close the door on all voter suppression tactics with federal law, allowing registering day of vote and voting.
get ready for a very evil month and an October Surprise my feeling is it will either be the blantant racism card against Obama through an attack ad by an outside party , Osam Bin Laden killed, or Israel bombs Iran.
We shall see
one last thing McCain is probably glad the bailout has been voted on, and now he can focus on doing desperate measures against Obama, God have mercy on his soul for he was a victim of that at one time.
