Whatever gave them that idea?
Now what, execute him twice?
Give him 2 life sentences without parole instead of one?
Likely as not , he'll never stand trial.
Now here it comes....drum roll...your turn Zaac....let's hear it... -

Every person on the religious Conservative right will stand against this type of violence against any person. There are radicals on both sides of the fence but you want to blame ALL conservatives for what you view as a right wing teaching that is far from the truth. -

So the media is focusing on the one individual who did this but completely ignores the many who showed up to support this church including the many whites.
That is the far left narrative they want to push to create a false perception of what is going on. To do so they intentionally ignore other facts. Talk about yellow journalism. -

When in the history of journalism has the media not focused on the killer when mass shootings happen? It's kind of newsworthy isn't it? What are they supposed to ignore it? Are you kidding me right now?
So I go to the front page of MSNBC out of curiosity and what do I see.
A piece on remembering the pastor. http://www.msnbc.com/morning-joe/watch/the-life-and-legacy-of-clementa-pinckney-468064323588
A piece from noted Conservative Rachel Maddow on how a good citizen helped capture the fugitive. http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow/watch/capture-of-suspect-aided-by-good-citizen-467877443862
There are various others that show the history of the church, testimony and statements from survivors. You just have to not be lazy to find it. Or, try not to actively avoid it lest your statement be a blatant lie.
It's ridiculous that your instinct in this tragedy is to lament the lack of focus of white supporters. Goodness gracious man get some perspective for crying out loud. -

It's that social conditioning's talking points that is repeated by folks on this board and by many in the church and on the political right that has a generation demonizing and marginalizing the lives of Black people.
This whole notion of "OUR COUNTRY" and taking it back didn't just pop into his head.
It was born and cultivated by the wickedness of a right winged brand of politics that has confused itself into thinking it is the viewpoint of God when it is mostly the antithesis of everything for which Jesus stands. -
-
are busy trying to convince the conservative talk myrmidonic listeners that this is really about mental illness and drugs and an attack on Christianity rather than a socially conditioned young white man taught to hate black people to the point that he wants to murder them.
In the words of Jeremiah Wright, America's chickens are coming home to roost and the whole world is watching and connecting the dots as they realize how there can be a systemic culture where cops murder unarmed black men and women and a systemic culture in which white people are taught that Blacks are violent, lazy , rapists.
Yes the world is finally connecting the dots and seeing first hand where the social conditioning is coming from.
And wicked people like yourself might try to divorce yourself of the guilt of creating this. But it sits right at your doorstep.
You and the folks like you continue to be an embarrassment to Christ and "YOUR" country.
Dishonorable. -

It's funny how the word terrorism is all of a sudden nowhere to be found.
-
This kid pulled off a military styled act of terror. HE knew what night there would be people there (surveilled). He asked to speak to the pastor and waited for him to get there. He sat with them for an over an hour perhaps so that he'd know who was a threat.
This was an act of terrorism if ever there was one.
But where is FOX News and the other media outlets? Talking about an attack on Christianity because they refuse like so many on this board and throughout white America to admit that this country is nowhere near as "post-racial" as they've gotten their listeners to parrot.
