Sure, but they are a lot vaguer than you seem to think. There is no official universal baptist view on the second amendement.
And it is not the official baptist view of male headship, that baptist women are supposed to be submissive towards baptist men on all issues talked about on internet messageboards.

You have to be murdered for your faith before you get to be called a martyr. If you get tortured for your faith but live, you get to be called confessor.
Such has been the way of things in Christianity since at least the second century.

Monique, you seem to harbor some kind of hatred twards me , is it because I am American? or because I read the truely translated version of the Bible (KJV), in any case, I suggest you pray and get right with the Holy Spirit, such hinderances will hold you back spiritualy, besides I thought we would agree not to stir the pot and that is exactly what you are doing, I am trying very hard to move on , forgive and forget but people continue to martyr me. Learn to give men a little more respect, in the Bible no matter what translation you read, men are given the role of authority, and women are told to respect that authority, men are commanded to love women , and treat them as the weaker vessle, so according to Gods word , I will forgive you for being a tyrant, and pray for you , and not harbor any hatered twards you, hopefuly you can find the same victory in Jesus too.

You have no right to quesion the salvation of people or their spiritual standing because they disagree with you. Your attack on Mioque and demanding her repsect for you is absurd. You are not her husband - she has NO obligation to respect you just because you are a man.

I do have the right , to give the gosple to the lost, I am told to do so by the Lord Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15-16, if I feel that someone may be lost I am obligated to tell them, and lead them to the saving knolage of Jesus Christ. I have not attacked Moniqe, if you will read my previous post's you will see that I have tried to drop the subject many a time then a post like yours pops up and I feel like it is necisary to defend my self, even after appoligizing, and forgiving. why can't we just move on? and yes the Bible does state that men are to be respected by women, not just husband and wife, this is a paticular Baptist view as well, the view of any Baptist Church I have ever steped foot in. When you are attacked for your faith in Jesus that is a Martyr. C4K, I forgive you for your hostility against me, pray and move on Brother.

Ah Yes, the good old 2nd Amendment! That is the main reason I bought my very first weapon, a .22 semi automatic rifle! I've never got to shoot it yet, but I have it! Yes it's registered, only because I bought it new! If the gov't came around looking to take away my .22 rifle some day, they'd make into a outlaw! Gun laws don't keep guns away from outlaws! But giving my gun up to the gov't would be a law I'd break!

Remember this if any thing else you forget, If it wasn't for the God fearing patriots of the past who owned and knew how to use hand guns, rifles and shot guns, there wouldn't be a U.S.A. as we know it today!
