Should this woman be arrested for breaking a window?

    Absolutely. While noble, vigilanteism is illegal. She should have called the police and waited.

    To assist liberals in making a decision, please share: her race, her political party, 'her' gender (m/f/tg) and her sexual orientation so they can make an 'informed' decision as to whether or not an arrest should be made.

    Did you read the story? She did call the authorities. and then waited 40 minutes

    Why didn't she walk into the building and find the owner? I've done that in stores - and have had the owner paged.

    But I agree that she's liable for the damage and she needs to obey the law.

    However, if it was a child? Bust every window you need to.

    I didn't read it, saw someone comment on it on facebook. I agree with Ann, she should have notified management and security in the store.
