Those are interesting numbers Rev. I haven't seen them before. These numbers imply the nation is turning more conservative yet Obama approval is still in the 60's.
Interesting... -
Now here is something interesting, 21% of the people polled couldn't answer this question...
5* Is the following statement true or false: Just about all Democrats in Congress voted for the stimulus plan while just about all Republicans voted against it.
78% True
11% False
10% Not sure -
Any explanation why the two polls differ so widely?

Polling has become a marketing tool.
Polls are now designed to obtain the result that you want to support your position.
The mainstream news outlets tell us what they want us to think. -
It's a matter of the how well the sample is done, LeBuick. I seriously doubt that any of the major polling organizations intentionally skew their numbers.

No that is your interpretation. What it shows is the country is staying steadily conservative as they always have been. -
Polls are ridiculously easy to manipulate...
Want near 100% vote that the bible is the inerrant inspired word of God? Go to a fundamental bible thumpin church and poll.
Want a near 100% vote that the bible is bologna? Go to a scientology meeting.
Want the Dems to look bad? Poll in heavy Rep areas...
Want the Reps to look bad? Poll in Dem heavy areas.
Want Social Security scares? Poll the lower income older folks...
Want a who cares attitude about SS? Poll the high income older folk..
Polls are as much a political tool as the ever so popular smear campaign, and just about as reliable. -

I wonder where the majority is, everyone I've heard is severly disapproving, and many of these voted for him.

not really, just been around, people you know, people you see around and know them because it's a small town. obamam supporters are turning on him quick here, had one in my home yesterday, very disappointed in her guy. They all know how costly the 'stimulus' is going to be, for them, their grandchildren, and in one instance their great grandchildren.
