Its a little "biased" in its assumption that all those issues are federal issues. And, the assumption that the federal govt should have any role at all in public education, for instance. For instance, I can't say I oppose or favor prayer in public schools since I don't think there should be any public schools in the first place 
.
And, I can't say I want to appoint judges who will "outlaw abortion" when I don't think the constitution gives judges to legislate *anything*. But, my answer would probably go to the Kerry column.
As always, we are bombarded with issues over principles.

The funny thing is I didn't know who Kucinich was until yesterday and now he announced is dropping out of the race and supporting Kerry.
Most of us never knew he was in the race.

Daniel David and Hardsheller, you had higher scores for Bush than I did! I think that you might be a little more moderate.
I went back and looked at some of the issues where Republicans might disagree to figure out why did not get 100% for Bush.
Here goes nothing.
On the abortion issue, I favor making an exception for rape/incest. I don't know where Bush is on this point but I imagine many here would not allow this exception even as a compromise if all other abortion could be eliminated at this moment.
I favor the constitutional ban on gay marriages, as does Bush, as the best protection against a liberal Supreme Court. Many here do not want the constitutional amendment, including Democrats and people leaning to the Constitution or Libertarian Parties.
I depart from Bush on the issue of Federal Funding of Religious Charities. Black liberals seem to be the main supporters of this idea. It has an Indianapolis connection, as Indianapolis was one of the labortories for this idea under former Mayor Stephen Goldsmith, now working for Bush in Washington DC for this program and on other matters.
I am also against Bush on the No Child Left Behind program. It caused only a huge increase in federal funding of education. I would like to return to the Reagan idea of abolishing the Dept. of Education.
I am also against vouchers. I think that any Christian school that wants to stay independent should not accept one red penny from the government.
I support the Patriot Act. This is where I depart from the Democrats, the Libertarians, and the Constitution Party again.
I am against the immediate withdrawal of US troops from Iraq. This seems to be an idea of Peroutka who has declared the war illegal and who has intended to make Bush and the troops vulnerable to war crimes charges for fighting an illegal war.
I also support NAFTA. More foreign companies outsource jobs to the USA than American companies outsource to foreign lands. What is wrong with the job market is the absurd influx of illegals. Also, our teenagers don't work anymore because we are so affluent that they get allowances larger than many illegals earn.
Finally, on the subject of Kucinich, it seems to me that he was almost recalled as Mayor of Cleveland. Does anyone else remember that?

Can you find one place that Peroutka has said he "intended to make Bush and the troops vulnerable to war crimes charges"??
You shouldn't spread lies about one of your brothers in Christ, or anyone for that matter!
It stands to reason by logical extension that, if a war were illegal, then the Commander-In-Chief and the troops that waged that war would be guilty of war crimes. That was the lesson of the Nurenberg Trials and the trials of Japanese war criminals after World War II.
The very charge that the war is illegal makes it a matter for the World Court and the United Nations. If it were illegal, Peroutka would have to deal with the issue if he were to win in November. What choice would he have but to try and execute members of the Bush administration? A crime against humanity must be punished.

For the record, Peroutka has said that the war in Iraq is illegal.
So have many others, including some US Congressmen and Senators, but none of them have called for "war crimes charges" against Bush and the US military that I know about.
There may be some extreme leftists that would call for war crimes charges, but I have not heard any conservatives calling for that.
