Since Congress knows what is best for us, we may see eventually banning in our lifetime.
Obamacare has a tax on tanning. Remember, the power to tax is the power to control. -
I think it (like alcohol and cigarettes) should be regulated, but not necessarily outlawed.

It should definitely be outlawed for minors - no question about it.
If you decide to go without medical recommendations (some people have to tan for skin issues or whatever), you should have to sign a waiver that your insurance company doesn't have to pay for your skin cancer treatment later on in life. ;) -

I don't agree it should be outlawed for miners-- they spend much time in deep holes and don't get much sun.
