Any pastors in here doing their own taxes? If so, what computer program are you using? What do you think is the best. I have to do mine. In past years, TurboTax had a free filing on the TurboTax for the Web if you made under a certain amount. They have apparently stopped that this year so I will have to go buy one.
Tell me which is best for clergy taxes ...

I did the taxes for our youth pastor. I used TacCut 2003. Works great.

I did mine by going to Irs.gov and picking a free service.
I am glad. -
I'm ready to file my "Automatic Extention" for August 15th. Don't know how mom-and-pop businesses can keep working AND do the hours and hours of tax work.
Ugh. -
I have done my own for as long as I can remember. I like SaggyWoman find the online free services or low rate services to do my taxes. I have found that all of them so far understand to unique requirements for ministers.
Bro Tony -
This was the first year I did it on the computer. I bought a house this year, but before, it was 1040EZ.

stick with turbo tax.
It really helped me find the fullest extent of my return. It found three credits I qualified for that gave me a pretty good return. Plus it really konws how to file SECA without having to do the work.
