Test your political theories on a nation...

Surfed across this one from the "Personal Politics Test - Let's See Where We Stand" thread.

You don't have to give an email address, just make a nation name and password, then answer about half a dozen multiple choice questions at start and away she goes. Every day there'll be an issue or two for you to decide on which affects the course of your nation (not as technical as it sounds, minute or two a day). I'ld prefer better options on most of the issues, but oh well, I haven't killed everyone in my country yet

In one sense, you can't. NationStates doesn't include these things -- because it's a simple game, and because they would bias things in favor of militaristic and capitalist nations. One of the nice things about NationStates is that you can craft a nation into your idea of Utopia without having to worry about such pragmatic concerns as national defence.

 

Are you disappointed you can't wage war?

 

Looks fun...but yes, I am somewhat disappointed we can't wage war.

I'm still just finding my way around the place. I think you can have a text war on the forums there, but there are a few "Christians vs lions" threads on the forums, time would probably better spent there. I hope to have a look at a couple over the weekend

Haven't figured the region thing out yet, too new, but it looks like I'm in the East Pacific.

Gotta admit, it's tempting to look for a state that believes in the liberal why-can't-we-all-just-get-along, appeasement, disarmament, group hug mindset--and attack em!

 

I've joined the Realm of Believers where Pete's country is a member.

 

If we can't do war, then that lets me out, LOL. Besides, they told me eagle wasn't an animal and when I tried LionHeart, they told me it was taken. Guess I won't play. :(
