I have been offered a job at one of the schools I interviewed at in Arkansas today. But I probably will not take it since it might only be for next year. The gentleman I would be replacing has been called to active duty with his National Guard unit, and if he comes back the law guarantees that he will get his job back. But I am also happy with the interview I had at the other school. The principal and superintendent there were really impressed, and I think that they're eager to offer me a contract.

Just got in not long ago from Wesson High School graduation exercises--six Seniors from my church graduated--one was Salutatorian, another was homecoming queen and two or three graduated with honors--pretty smart kids--love bein' their pastor!! The Salutatorian plans on becoming a opthamoligist!! Smart kids! Proud of um! Hard to believe that they would want to go to Blackbird's church!!!!
