Good morning all. I was here earlier, but got called away. It is raining hard to-day, and will rain straight through to Tuesday. I guess that will keep me housebound.

Brother Stephen. Enjoyed reading the article and it is well posted in this village. ALl the very best to you, mate. I love the English language and I fear so many fail to use all its colour when writing and speaking.

Porcupine. We have daughter's dog with us for the weekend and he decided to familiarize himself with a porcupine. I had to gently pull quills from his nose last night. Porcupine is all I could say.

There is something interesting about porcupines, however. It is a protected animal in Ontario. It is the only meat that can be eaten raw without digestive problems. Hence, it is protected for survival benefits should someone get lost.

Hey I am back! I did pretty good. I can pay a couple of bills that are due! And put some gas in the car! But I also will tithe first. Got her put up already! I am going to take another load down to the main hwy, Mon. And do her up right!

Sherrie, if we were a little closer I would take you up on that offer. We are going to get a new bed, dresser, ceiling fan, etc. for the boys' room for the oldest son's birthday next month. So we will probably wait until after that to have a yard sale and get rid of the old stuff all at once.

It has been raining most of the day so far here. I am glad I got the yard mowed last night before it started. I don't feel very good today either. Probably has something to do with the weather.
