The RNC has issued a press release alleging that Hillary Clinton is hiding from voters because she doesn't want to be in the public eye.
This is a strategy from the Rush Limbaugh school of innuendo and leading questions. Here's some lowlights:
"Potential Republican presidential candidates are out in public, speaking to voters, and sharing their ideas. But Hillary Clinton is nowhere to be found."
Why would a would-be presidential candidate behave this way? Because she’s made a strategic decision that the only way to ensure she is the Democratic nominee is to make everyone think she’s inevitable.
Days since she’s done an event that didn’t require significant speaking fees: 69
At the RNC, we’re going to keep asking, “Where’s Hillary?” You will see more from us in the coming days and weeks.
[They then produce a list of "no comment" responses from Hillary or her spokespeople]
Is that all they got? Allegations that she's in hiding because she's afraid to campaign? As far as I know, she hasn't even declared she's a candidate as yet, has she?

Hillary scares them to death, so be prepared for every smear campaign they can muster.

Of course I can't find it now, but I do remember reading a Huffpost article talking about how Hilary was not running yet because it will help her avoid voter fatigue. So it seems both sides think she is doing herself a favor by staying out of the lime light.
Although my money is still on Elizabeth Warren taking the nomination from Hilary. In 2006 and 2007 everyone knew Hilary was going to be the DNC nominee and we all saw how that worked out for her. -

I think that Hillary has the Democrat nomination wrapped up.
The RNC is just the general party--the GOP does not have a front-runner yet, as you know.
I think that Walker cannot get the nomination because he could not carry Wisconsin for Romney in 2012 in spite of Wisconsin being the birthplace of the Republican Party. Walker also lacks charisma. He did not finish college--the first since Truman--but that may be a big plus for voters tired of the Ivy League presidents that we have been getting.
Hillary will ultimately lose because the public is sick of Obama's policies and programs and Hillary is for all of those programs. Hillary also lacks charisma. And Bill is so old that the ladies must be getting tired of that Casanova. -

I don't think it's a slam dunk that Hillary is even going to run again but she might and so may Liz the fake Indian Warren no matter what these two say.
