He is Deity, as he is said to be also Creator, Has all knowledge and is everywhere!
John Chapter 14, Jesus made it very clear that the Spirit is just like Him, as is also God, but is a separate Person from Jesus!
You are still avoiding the passage in Acts chapter 5. Why is that? This is very clear to anyone who wants to know the truth of what the Bible Teaches on the Holy Spirit
Acts 5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
Acts 5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
I see the linkage that you are referring to.
I trust that this is clear evidence to you.
It doesn't really tell me that the Holy Spirit is God or the Spirit of God.
God will make it clear in his own time.
The nature of the Holy Spirit whether of God or is God, doesn't change the clear evidence that we need the Holy Spirit and that without it we cannot be saved.
The Holy Spirit gives us spirit filled life (it is a quickening Spirit) and through this Spirit we have understanding.
With the Spirit in us we are made new, a new creation that God will and does guide on the narrow path leading to his Kingdom and eternal life.
He has revealed it in scripture. You and I are not prophets of God that God would directly communicate with us. God speaks in His word and we receive it by faith.
If you want direct revelation then you are not wanting to live by faith. You are not less of a Christian, but you may be less than faithful in this regard. When a brother or sister cites scripture that clearly expresses God the Holy Spirit and you reject it, saying "there is not enough evidence", you are expressing the same lack of faith as Thomas the disciple.
if we are truly seeking to know the Truth about God and His Word, then God will reveal these Truths to our hearts and minds. But we must be serious and not have closed minds to learn
