To all of those "in the know" Baptist Theologians:

What is the difference, if any, between Infused Righteousness and Imputed Righteousness?

    What are Baptists historically?

    Why are Baptist this way?

I look forward to hearing from all of you on this most important distinctive.

Baptists are of the Imputed variety, for God credits to us the very righteousness of Jesus Himself when we believe on Him to save us!
Infused is for the church of Rome, and its false Gospel!

    Quite a bit, actually.

Infused righteousness is a Catholic idea, that God grants us righteousness to keep or lose by our actions.

Imputed righteousness is the Biblical belief that our righteousness is not ours, but is Christ's and is not entrusted to us, but accounted to us. As such, it cannot be lost.

Church of Rome needs us to become "good enough" to actually merit God saving us, hence Infused.
