THIS HAS NOT CHANGED....meaning no increase, no decrease..He is Lord of all.
Romans14:7-9 seems very clear.
What part of that is perplexing you?
Every knee is going to bow and confess Jesus as Lord.
Believers do it now, unbelievers at the white throne judgment. -

Oh, we are criminals alright.
Because our sentences are so long.
Teaching them to observe

The Lord Jesus Christ has satisfied the laws demands for the justification of the elect.:
All non elect persons have violated all ten Commandments. They will be justly judged as law breakers
All ceremonial laws were fulfilled in Christ as Col2:14-3:4.
Some of the judicial laws were done away being temporal but some have either been repeated or modified in the NT. -
Paul says we are not under the Law but under grace.
So what ever we have over us from the Old Testament it does not have the same kind of authority as it had for Old Testament saints.
for ye are not under the law,
but under grace.

Or, in other words.
And if we died with Christ, we believe that we also shall live (grace) with him, knowing that Christ, having been raised up out of the dead, doth no more die, death over him hath no more lordship; V's 8,9 of chapter 6 -
No.
It means we are no longer under bondage to obey the rule of 1621 + commandments
but under Christ's commands: Love God and love our neighbors as best as we can.
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.
Plus 1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins,
he is faithful and just
to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us
from all unrighteousness. -

Hebrews 7:12
The law was weak through the flesh (Romans 8:3).
But (now) to be carnally minded is death;
but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:6) -

So what is the change in the Law that Christ made as our eternal priest?
Hebrews 7:12
For the priesthood being changed,
there is made of necessity
a change also of the law.
Still under the Law as we uphold it? -
Pineapple on pizza is legal......proof that the law can only do so much.
They need Jesus. I'm tempted to get one just so I can call for help. -

"SGO,
He is saying the basis of salvation/ justification...is grace-based.
We are not under law-keeping as means of being justified, but rather grace, as Jesus has kept the law on our behalf.
It is law as a principle here.
-
I did not say we were lawless, just not under the Law:
for ye are not under the law,
but under grace.
Romans 6:14
We are under the law of Christ:
Love God, love your neighbor, and His commands.
Can you answer these questions with some bible verses?
So what is the change in the Law that Christ made as our eternal priest?
For the priesthood being changed,
there is made of necessity
a change also of the law.
Hebrews 7:12
Sins covered? David had the same in the Old Testament, Psalm 32:1
One High Priest, Christ and priesthood of the believer? 1Peter 2:9
Still under the Law (the ten commandments?) as we uphold it?
