    We've invited our Pastor and his Wife over for dinner tonight...
    Rosemary Roasted Chicken & Potatoes, Lime-Ginger Coleslaw, and Banana-Sour Cream Cake for dessert.

    oven beef with mushroom stew, over brown rice, with green beans.

    tacos with ground turkey and flour tortillas instead of crispty corn shells, and since I saved fat on all that we're also having tamalies.

    I cooked a beef roast with onions and bbq sauce in the crockpot today, we had sandwiches and tatertots

    Today is Sunday, so getting back in the habit...we're having a roast with carrots, taters, onions, and red peppers. Seasoned it yesterday, just stuck it in the oven about 20 minutes ago so it can cook veeerrrryyy slow and be picked at all day long!

    Tonight is Grilled Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, and Deep-Dish Apple Pie for dessert.

    Change of plans, tomorrow will be pizza rolls! (mommy didn't thaw out the dough!)
    Tonight is shake-n-bake pork chops, steamed broccoli, and mandarin oranges.

    We had a chicken mexican casserole.
    I do know what we're having Wednesday, leftover chili and grilled cheese.
