That is why the full preterist position is the most hopeless and discouraging position out there. The future stretches out forever, with no help coming, and mankind getting worse and worse. But the 2nd coming of Christ is a blessed hope according to Titus 2:13 --"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." If Christ came "spiritually" in AD 70, it was a hopeless event. No one was blessed and it was not glorious.

Did you know that Ephesians 3:1-6 is in the Bible?
And sorry I just plainly find it absurd to teach that everlasting righteousness has been brought in in history sometime, as per the post that you replied to (Daniel 9:24 ).

Ah, okay. That makes more sense. Thanks for the clarification.

That belief has always been seen as Heresy, correct?

If the Second Coming already happen, why are we still in this sick and depraived state, and not the messianic Age?

Yes, since it falls under Christology (2 John 9-11).

Paul defines the mystery. In Christ, through the Gospel, Gentiles are heirs together with Israel....
Sorry you find it absurd that everlasting righteousness should be brought in within the 70 weeks as prophesied. Our righteousness by faith in Christ was secured at Calvary. Suggest you read Romans 3 .
You reject "literal interpretation" when it doesn't suit your futuristic theology.

There is not 490 years between the command to build and restore Jerusalem and the messiah's death. Suggest you read Daniel 9:24 in context.
Where did I reject literal interpretation here? Lol. I disagree with tCassidy and he still is in the wrong but that's not my problem and I'm not going to be a baby and continue arguing with him about it since he refuses to see it. Will I be doing the same with you?

LOL! ROFLOL! Uh, you did notice what Martin said, didn't you?
Martin Marprelate said: ↑
I meant to write, "He does not say seventy sevens of years."
I pointed out that what Martin said was wrong.
You disagreed. Because you missed the point.
Then Martin said, yes, he did make a mistake and meant to say something else.
So now you are saying that Martin is wrong for admitting he was wrong?
LOL! ROFLOL!
You really are a piece of work!

Daniel predicted the right number of years unto the coming of the Messiah, and still 1 more 7 yr period left to fulfill!

483 years to Jesus' anointing/baptism.
In the middle of the final, 70th week, Jesus FINISHED sacrifice and offering at Calvary.
The whole of the final week he was confirming the covenant with as many as received him.

Thousands of years gap. You hold to a gap between Gen 1:1 & 2 also?

The finale week was when Messiah would come as King of the Jews and be accepted by them as such!
