So, I'm guessing you and I are the ones clamoring to see it this weekend?
I can't wait!
That reminds me - gotta go see who wants to come with me! -
None of the above, I just won't watch it
-
BTW - I just found out that our Christmas Part consists of lunch, followed by attending a matinee showing of the new "Lord of the Rings" movie :D -
Permanently sick of it! Oh, the horror! ;)
-
In a word: ENGAGE!!! :D
-
Tee hee! That's what my computer says every time I open a new program!
"Life forms . . . . you tiny little life forms . . . where are you? Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo!" -- Data, "Generations" -
Well, all right, you can stay, but the Ferengi in the clown suit has to go!!!!!
-
"This is disgusting! I hate this!"
"More?"
"Please." -
Finally,
JV, Kelly and I agree on something. If our entertainment budget can afford it, I will go see it this weekend. If not, I might have to wait for DVD... :(

"Indeed, it is a good day to die"
I think Whorf said that in one of the movies. It is the only famous line I can remember from ST. Ok, I admit. I am not as big a ST fan as I am of Star Wars "Your Powers are weak old man" - Darth Vader.
Wait, I just remembered another famous line from ST: "Make it so." Piccard. -
Don't have time - I'll be waiting in line for THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS! :D

I took my clothes to the tailor to be altered, and she (a trek fan) said to me, in her finest Patrick Stewart, "I will make it sew". Get it???

That had to be one of the worst puns EVER!
-
Accessing..........
I'll see it during the first week, the Lord willing.
-
I plan to see it at 7 or 7:30 tonite.
-
Wow - that's hard core!
My plans to see it tonight have been scrapped, and tomorrow's out, so I'm thinking Sunday matinee.
I saw Patrick Stewart on one of the morning shows today, and he said the script was actually the first to be written by a fan. Said that made it really great, for the scriptwriter as well as the cast. -
I've got my tixx.... 7:00 pm (pacific time) tonight, AND 7:30 pt tomorrow.
That would make me:
The first person on the board to see it, and
the first person on the board to see it twice.
:D ;) :D -
Yikes! you've already made plans to see it again before you've even seen it once! That's dedication.
You don't have a Starfleet uniform or pointy ears, do you? I don't know that I could talk to you anymore if you did. ;)
I'm still set on the Sunday matinee. My office holiday party is tonight (down at the Corcoran gallery, no less), and I'm taking a nap this afternoon to prepare. LOL -
Star Trek is to real Science Fiction as Gomer Pyle was to the real Marine Corps.
A sad, pathetic caricature of reality.
I watched 10 minutes of Wm Shattner's original Trek series on TV, though it stupider (is that a word?) than Gilligan's Island, and never watched another minute.
And I plan to "Live long and prosper" without it!
