That, as you know, is exactly what Darwin wrote. It turns out that race is nothing more than political awareness of the amount of melanin in the skin from Adam and then Noah. It is just genetics but it built mansions for politicians, the world's second oldest profession.

El Paso Shooter: "The American lifestyle affords our citizens an incredible quality of life. However, our lifestyle is destroying the environment of our country. The decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations. My ideology has not changed for several years. My opinions on automation, immigration, and the rest predate Trump and his campaign for president."

    From online manifesto:

"If we can get rid of enough people, then our way of life can become more sustainable."

You are making stuff up again. I did not know of the attack until about two hours after it happened. Every morally sound person knows that murder is evil.

I did not jump to any conclusions, but when the manifesto went public AND when the authorities confirmed that it was from the suspect, THEN I knew that his stated motivations were to repel the "invasion" and to depopulate the earth for various reasons that are matters of public debate. So I did not jump to conclusions, much less "five minutes after the news."

Do you always make up falsehoods about others, or is it only when you encounter someone who does not share your views?

Yeah, and the Dayton shooter was for Elizabeth Warren. Most of the mass shooters are non-white.

There is more to race than skin color. White people do not get sickle cell anemia.

The Governor of Texas said that more should be done for mental health. Colonial America began mental hospitals about 1750 but after 200 years they were shut down. We need mental hospitals to provide compassionate medical care to citizens. Currently, we have tens of thousands of medical patients living and dying on the streets.

Sorry, but skin color is genetics. Sickle cell may be genetic to ethnic grouping as some groups became isolated after the Tower of Babel. I don't know. Gould said that there was racism before Darwin but Darwin made it worse worldwide. We have an idea from place names and ethnic names where the descendants of Noah moved after Babel but I don't know much about it personally. I think that black Africans were descended from Cush, right? Noah's family probably carried all melanin genes but isolation caused some to be lost in some people. It doesn't amount to a hill of beans.

Thank you. I assume it is because I have mastery of the facts and can use reason and persuasion to make the case.

Except that you are totally wrong about Mohler who is funded by the Kerns Family and Moore who hovers around LGBTUVWXYZ groups and the Gospel Coalition funded by Soros. And you forgot to mention that they Dayton shooter was crazy about Elizabeth Warren and that most of mass shootings are done by blacks. You don't mention black on black crime and black on white crime but you belong to the party of slavery, racism, abortion, and same-sex marriage.

I guess you realize that anyone can edit those listings, right? And immediately after the shooters name began getting out, someone created a profile for him. (You can verify that information here on the Wayback Machine site.) Shortly after, someone added a political affiliation,"Democrat (sic) Party." It is a well-known tell that right-winger media and many Republicans can't get the name of their opponent's party right -- it is "Democratic Party."

Since then, people have been trying to spin things both ways.

    Don't be misled.

Well, there is no doubt that the Dayton shooter was a big fan of Elizabeth Warren.

You're making stuff up again, or seeing things that aren't there. I did not comment on Mohler at all, nor did I even quote your accusations in my response. I cannot be "totally wrong" about something I did not address and have no interest in discussing. Al Mohler is not a hero of mine, nor do I follow him or care much about anything he does these days.

That certainly is a fancy conspiracy theory. Keep working on it to make it believable to a rational person.

I did not have any information about the Dayton shooter's motives, likes or dislikes when I responded earlier. I didn't "forget" to address it. Preliminary reports indicate that it might be true. There's also a "Satan" angle to his beliefs, but I don't know if he was an atheist who used Satan as a metaphor to troll Christians, or some sort of self-styled satanist. I have evangelized with about a dozen self-styled satanists, involved in three separate groups, years ago. I know two of them that have come to faith, but I lost touch with all of them years ago.

Self-styled satanists are extremely mentally unstable, sometimes in conjunction with demonization and/or oppression. They have a high capacity for violence, especially toward animals for sacrifice. Not too many move beyond that to the murder of human beings, but some do.

I don't know how you are defining "mass shootings," but the perpetrators of this kind of mass shooting (I'm using a specific term here) in the United States are nearly all white males.

I didn't realize I was supposed to discuss it since you did not even raise the issue. I don't even know why you think it is relevant, unless you think I am African-American and you are vented some sort of condescension my way. I am not an African-American, I am a white guy. My avatar is a publicity photo of Daryl Davis, a man I admire. I use him as my avatar as a constant reminder that people can build bridges with each other, even when they fundamentally disagree.

Yeah, you keep making things up. I have been a third-generation Republican (that means, my paternal grandfather who was born in 1894 was a Republican, then my father, and now me), but I stopped supporting the Republican Party once they nominated Donald Trump as the party candidate. I am not, nor have I even been, a Democrat. I consider myself completely independent at this time and I am waiting for a party to develop that actually supports some of my strongest convictions.

So, in short, you really don't know what you are talking about. This should be a moment of reckoning for you, because you are definitely wrong about everything, except the Dayton shooters alleged affection for Warren and possibly an irrelevant statistic about African-American crime.

See you accused me of trotting out conspiracy theories, didn't you? What I like about you is that you never are wrong. You must be a David French Republican. Or maybe a Mueller Republican.

You have very consistently trotted out conspiracy theories for a long time, as well as made wild speculations/accusations about me. Regarding the conspiracy theories, I don't think you are inventing them, but simply too trusting of extremist internet sites. For instance, one of your favorites seems to be to tie George Soros to just about everything that happens in the world that you don't like. You are the mirror-image of a Democrat conspiracist I know that ties everything to the Koch brothers.

I'm wrong on a regular basis. But a better way to put it is that I am quite conservative in how I approach facts. I always try to do my own fact checking and seek out the primary sources. When I make a claim, I can almost always defend it if pressed on the matter... for instance, the assertion you made that Candidate Trump misspoke. I simply went to a search engine of all of the President's interviews, rally speeches, tweets, and debates, and ran a couple of basic searched to find examples.

I used to edit magazines and I did a lot of fact-checking as part of my job. I did it before I became a magazine editor and have continued to do it nearly 20 years after leaving the publishing business. I love the truth, even when it is unpleasant, since what is true is objective reality. We won't make any progress or correct any wrongs without confronting truth, without a political spin. As Christians, we are obligated to deal with reality because this world is full of lies and liars who tell them. I try to avoid serving the 'father of lies' with my life and call people toward truth.

As I've told you repeatedly, I do not claim a political party at this time. I would be delighted if both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party were ended this evening. If you want to hang a label on me, you can claim that I am a Christian. The teachings of Jesus, as well as the rest of the Christian scriptures dictate the principles of my worldview and political views.

Perhaps this thread has gone far enough.

There is enough evil today pressed upon humankind to grieve.

As believers we should remember this is but the beginning of sorrows, for much worse is in the future.

So let us resolve to pray and love one another, even more so when evil proudly exhibits depravity and calls it good.

The Koch brothers have switched to the Dems. The Kerns Family is tied up with the SBC. Soros is tied up with the Gospel Coalition.
