Yep, another one for the list.
I'm getting old and my memory is going fast. With that qualifier, I don't remember seeing other former presidents portrayed in such a light.
It was Jimmy Carters sweater, Nixon's beard, Clinton's sax, Bush 1's lips, and Bush 2's flight jacket. With Obama, it seems to be a halo.

how about JFK?
It's said the People of the World loved him, idolized him.

It's true and it was not confined to party affiliation as the situation with
Obama today.
I was in the military when he was "my" president though I did not "idolize" him in the sense of worship.
However:
Abortion was still illegal.
He lowered the tax rates :
According to President John F. Kennedy:
Our true choice is not between tax reduction, on the one hand, and the avoidance of large Federal deficits on the other. It is increasingly clear that no matter what party is in power, so long as our national security needs keep rising, an economy hampered by restrictive tax rates will never produce enough revenues to balance our budget just as it will never produce enough jobs or enough profits… In short, it is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now .

And he made this famous quote:

He was probably to the political right of many if not most modern Republican statesmen.

JFK was a brave man who had great political courage. He, as McCarthy, was a great American patriot.

...Nixon's beard.....
...heheh, I couldn't recollect Nixon ever having a beard so I had to check it out...:
"Nixon was 5' 11" tall with brown eyes and dark hair. He has no illusions about his own attractiveness. "This is the face I've got," he once said. "I've got to accept it as it is." During the 1960 campaign, he refused to view tapes of his debates with Kennedy because he couldn't stand the way he looked on TV. Nixon's heavy growth of beard has always been notorious, and during campaign tours he had to shave at least 2 or 3 times every day in order to keep himself presentable ...."

Umm - that has nothing to do with Native American anything.
It's K'nex behind him.
Maybe it has to do with his inner child??

Regardless of whether what the 'object' is, the object is to still portray Obama in an unearthly light. IMO.

Yes, they were both fiercely anti-communist.
