If you haven't figured it out by now, by pastoring that church you are already linked to that denomination and you have put your stamp of approval upon it. And since you are pastoring an Evangelical Free church you have no right to call yourself an "historic independent fundamental Baptist" and you certainly don't have the right to call me unethical when you are a compromiser to the nth degree. On your profile you state that Liberty Baptist Church in Casper is your home church. Do they know what church you are pastoring?
Baptist but what?

Pioneer, I will assume ignorance on your part of my life.
I am a state baptist missionary. I am an ordained baptist minister. I am a tithing member of an independent baptist church.
Now, part of my ministry is to go and preach and minister in many churches and groups - some of which are baptist and others not.
I am, for a few more weeks, a preacher interim pastoring a Free church - which was a split from two Baptist churches. When that concludes, I will be preaching and holding meetings in Bible churches, Free churches, IFCA churches, Berean churches, SBC, IFB, GARB, CBA and whatever.
All of these groups are "baptistic" - non-tongues, fundamental, Gospel preaching with roughly the same doctrinal statement.
Now you know more. Please take it at that and save shooting at the enemy, not another Baptist. -
Cheers, Dr. Bob,,,,,good man!
Cheers,
Jim
