Huffington Post gay news spot posts info from a gay advisor, and you want us all to quit eating there. Have you called? Did they say they have done it?
Huffington ain't exactly inerrant. They would be happy if 50% of what they say on a given day is accurate. :tongue3: -
Huffington Post is to liberal reporting what World News Daily is to conservative reporting- If you're liberal you use the HP to line your birdcage and if you are conservative you use WND.
 -
Gays will be crowing that they made them cave. -
Another report on the same subject

Never ate any of their chicken but people who have tell me the Colonel's is better. -
Someone told me it was a great business ploy to boost their sales when all of the brew-ha-ha started - that Corporate Execs know exactly what they are doing. Perhaps.
-
They were beyond just standing for a position against gay marriage. They were actively funding hate groups. Glad to see them stop.
-
So you consider Focus on the Family a "hate group"?
You must admit they hate sin!!! -

I haven't seen anything that says they actually REVERSED their opinion of gay marriage. What I read said they made a statement about treating all employees and customers the same way, regardless of their s-xual preference. Nothing wrong with that, as it covers their backside for lawsuits.
They also stopped giving to Focus on the Family through the charitable arm of their company. That doesn't mean the individual owners can't give privately instead of under the company name.
I think this is a big deal of nothing to make the g@ys think they've "won" something. IF I'm wrong, please point it out to me, otherwise, I just don't see a reversal of their original stance against gay marriage. -
Everybody still feeling good about showing their support for Chic-Fil-A on their big day back in August?

I don't know why they had to stop giving company money to FOTF when it seems to be perfectly ok for Home Depot (and many other corporations) to give company money to pro sodomy organizations. Sounds very hypocritical to me which doesn't surprise me coming from the left. If I was Chick-fil-a I'd take the city of Chicago to court over this.
Edit: Just called their corporate number and talked to a customer service rep. She said she has not received any information from corporate concerning this so she can neither confirm or deny it. So I will wait a week or so and call again. Hopefully she's not giving me the run around. She said she has been getting these calls since yesterday. I said "you'll be getting alot more today." She said, "I know." -
How does discouraging sodomy help real Christians stop committing THEIR favorite sins?

I know and fully understand that WND is biased -- but it looks like the story is a contrivance. The evidence suggests there haven't been any Chick-fil-A "donations of concern" since 2010. And the statement released a couple of days ago is the exact same employment equality statement the company has used for years.
