Next, someone will insist that only eggs produced by lesbo hens are acceptable.

Not once has he ever said a derogatory thing against homosexuals. Instead, he did stand for traditional marriage. That's it. If I remember correctly, he wasn't even against having a civil union for homosexuals that was similar to marriage in it's rights and benefits. Unbelievable how traditional-marriage-phobic these people are!

If I did not live here,

I would be rooting for California to fall off into the Pacific. It is not easy being a moral person, in love with Jesus, living in the land of the beautiful, the genderly happy people, and the entitled. It takes forever to check out at the grocery store because it seems everyone in front of me has food stamps and WIC coupons. And to top it off, these people always try to buy things that they have to know are not permitted, and it always ends in them arguing with the checker, taking more time to complete the transaction.

So let me say I love chicken sandwiches, but still hate Swiss cheese.

Just out of curiosity, what is the difference between them “boycotting” a business that supports gay marriage and us “boycotting” a business that opposes it (except, of course, the ground upon which each stands)?

I really hope that's a joke article - it's so ridiculous! Especially when they say they'll happily take donations of money, as long as their food isn't on campus. What's the difference?
Still hoping it's a satire piece, but the silliness of some people really can reach those levels and worse...

I don't generally boycott things, think most of them are just publicity grabs. I also don't stand in line to buy a sandwich, same thing.

My point was directed toward the fact that the franchise had been incredibly supportive of the school district and was stepping up to help again but because there was something perceived as hateful said by someone else, they were booted from the fundraiser. Hypocritical and arbitrary move that highlights what dumb things happen under the guise of hate speech.

I avoid their sandwiches as I do not like them very much.

Has to do with taste, not philosophy or theology.

Just had one. On marbled rye. With lettuce & tomato. Some wasabi mustard and a slice of provolone.
