    Good morning all!

10ºF - this AM - not as bad as it has been - hopefully not as good as it will be in July!

One cure for concentrating on the important stuff like BB - is to quit watching the Golden Globes!

Dan - just like to pick on Dr. Bob!

Hey, Sue??? Wouldn't you like to just "box" Mark's ears with those iron skillets???? Florida weather sure does put a damper on those heat waves up north!!!

Your Southern Baptist preachin', heat wavin' buddy,
    Blackbird

    A wonderful 73 yesterday, a predicted 68 today, with an awful 44 for tomorrow...going into hibernation-mode now...

Good Morning Blackbird, Dan, Mark, and Granny!

Y'all are makin' me feel bad with those warm temps! My only consolation is that in a few months we will probably be complaining about 100º weather!

Snow is EVERYplace and the snow plows have not been out yet. They don't get out here until it stops snowing and it hasn't!

It ought to be really fun on the 'corner' this morning! I will be putting on my pink-flowered longjohns and my ski mask and probably fall down a few times on the handicapped ramp!

    A glorious midday to all!

Looks like we are going to miss the bulk of the bad weather here. A few snow/sleet showers but the sun comes out a melts it all before the next set of showers.

Be careful on the corner Sue!

    Thanks Roger!

I will try, but it's not gonna be pretty!

The handicapped ramp has no rails and when it is slick, I usually walk on the grass. However, this morning, we have snow, then ice, then more snow and it is slick EVERYplace!

Hubby dug car out this morning before he went to work. The snow plow just went by and covered it up again, so I will have digging out to do before I can go to work.

Oh, what I wouldn't give for a garage (or even a driveway)!

    §ue (better times are comin')

    P.S.
Don't get me wrong. I am not complaining about the job God gave me. I am grateful for that. I am just tired of WINTER and breathlessly awaiting SPRING!

Morning Everyone! Brrrrrrrrr....... It's 31° but they've canceled the ice storm warning and now we expect just a chance of freezing rain. Up to 40° tomorrow and close to 60° on Wednesday.

Well today is my big laundry day and of course, school work, so I'll talk with you all later on.

    Keep Warm!

I am off to the corner. I need time to dig my car out and give it time to warm up so it will defrost.

    TTFN!

I made it without falling down one time!!!

I turned the corner, in my car, and 'cut a cookie! Yeeeeee Haaaaaaaa!

Snow has stopped. We are getting freezing drizzle now (which translates into ice once it hits the ground). :(

§ue (back home, warm, and drinking hot chocolate)

Yikes Sue! I'm glad you didn't crash! Wouldn't it be nice if we never had to leave home when the weather is yukky?

The supposed ice storm didn't hit us YET but flights are cancelled and there've been a lot of wrecks up north of us. Jim went on an interview so hope he makes it okay!

Tomorrow is the interview in N.C.! Praying this all clears and he can make it! It's a LONG way from here.

The ice and slush is what is slippery right now. As the temps drop, it will be all ice and that will be worse!

I have some work to do around the house, so I will talk to you all later this afternoon. I would rather be !!!!!!!!!

    TTFN!

Good morning Sue! Glad you are ok, and did not fall down on the ice. Trust that you will be able to thaw out now that you are home - before you go back to the corner again.

Diane, I like your new picture! But you should have made it a little larger... I can't see the face (actually, I have to put on my glasses to see it).

Thanks Barnabas! It was larger but I think Webmaster resized it to fit within a size limit!

Boy Howdy on this fine Monday (again). Back up and enjoying a lovely brisk day. Bright blue sky, coupla inches of white covering the ground and roofs . . and up to ZERO!

Wife takes Mondays off, so we always are lazy crazy and relaxing. May go to the Mall this afternoon as we have a coupla books to get for the clinic.

Praying for all who are in harms way with the weather systems. My kids in Wisconsin and Michigan both indicated they got hit hard by snow, too.

    Afternoon Barnabas and Dr.B.!

My family in Michigan and Wisconsin got more snow than we did, but we got more ice. Another winter storm is due in tonight.

Dr.B.; have you got your land legs back yet? Do you think Dr. Mrs. Dr. Bob Dr. could give me some advice on what vitamin or mineral my body is in need of for a specific problem?

    §ue (gonna catch a little )

    Email

info@phr.net and give an "organ recital". She will read it and give you a quick call back or email some thoughts. She helps LOTS of folks around the world via the 'net.

(Personally, I think all your trouble could be solved with a tight tourniquet just a few inches below your chin. )
