They never grow up, do they Bitsy? T loves to "help" me shop. I like the idea of beige too.
Good morning everyone.
This may be my only post of the morning. I have got to spend some quality time with my sewing machine today and get those curtains finished. Most of the pieces are cut and the trim is made(all three layers of it) and now I need to get some of it actually put together!
If I could get these curtains put together I could spend some time making Cassie some shirts that she desperately needs. She is just to tall and slender fo what I buy at the store. If they fit in the length, they hang off her. If they fit through the shoulders, then they are too short and her stomach and back show when she raises her arms above her head (big no no at school). Occasionally I find some that fit her when I buy them and then they shrink! It's getting to warm to wear jackets all the time.
Oh well, getting of the computer and onto the sewing machine!
See ya!

Rachel was induced this morning so I should have my very first greatgrandson sometime today!
Woo hoo! -
How exciting!
(not that I couldn't tell you were excited or anything with that dancing banana!) -
I'd go with bolder color or white, not black. With your coloring, even a navy would look better.
Is red out of the question? -
Dr.B., I hope your talking about Bitsy's dress and NOT my new greatgrandson!
-
Is he red or navy??
Just giving fashion advice from Oleg Bob -
He's not born yet, but will be sometime today...
-
Whoo Hoo! I get another birthday buddy! Hope he makes the midnight deadline, and that all are well.
-
OH my! A navy baby would not be good, but then neither would red at a wedding. Although I do look really good in red -- but blending into the woodwork would kind of fly out the window
SUE! Where is that Baby!!!!????!!!! -
Yeah, where IS that little Sue?
Nothing too exciting here today. I'm making a post for every two pages I type. LOL I think I missed a couple posts. I have another two hours of typing to finish the majority of work for my portfolio in one class, and I'll work on the rest this weekend. What I'm doing now is the major part, the rest are just one paragraph things, about twelve of them on different topics.
I forgot to eat though, I might take a break and go do that soon. Exciting, huh? -
That's what I'm doing Gina, stuffing my face. We need a bored graemlin.
I've been working and was making progress till I decided I didn't like the way I was putting the trim on the curtains and now I have to take it all off again. (it sounds bad, but I really didn't get that far before I changed my mind)
Dr. Bob, the navy doesn't take babies!
Sue, are you going to the hospital to wait or are they to far away? -
Well, Rachel is just over half-way. I WAS going to the hospital, but I just found out that there is no waiting room. She is in her room and will go through labor and birth right there. Boy, have things changed since I had babies!
Her mother is with her now and her hubby will be with her shortly.
They have given her morphine for the pain!!!?!?
I've never heard of such a thing! I would think that would slow down, or stop completely, the baby from helping in the birth process.
Anyway, I will keep you posted... -
Praying for Mother Husband and Child.
-
Boy, this is exciting!!!...having a baby delivered on line!!
Don't worry Sue I'm sure we're ALL praying & everything will be fine!! -
Has the baby arrived?
MC, I like all three. Number 2 is my first choice, but 3 would probably be more comfortable.
This is my first time to stop by today as tomorrow is Saturday and I have been busy all day making Ed's "TO DO" list for Saturday.
Oh, the good news is that it is raining! Just a little drizzle, but we will take any moisture.
Take care, everyone!
Betty -
MC, the skirt from number one and the jacket from number two, with a white cami under the jacket.

Woo Hoo! Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!
