Well now you go ahead and wait for your antichrist and play your millennial games, while I go on ahead to glory to a mansion prepared for me... I guess we will see you other brethren in 1,000 years... Now show me in these scriptures a millennial reign?... Oh and btw... This is now the dispensation of The Sovereign Grace Of God, through his Son Jesus The Christ... Brother Glen:)

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

    he Speeches

The evidence which relates directly to this theme falls almost exclusively in the missionary speeches and in the prayer of the Jerusalem community recorded in Acts 4:24-30. To begin with it is instructive simply to list the relevant material in order to gain a sense of the uniformity and the degree of repetition involved:

Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs which God did through him .in your midst, as you yourselves know--this Jesus, delivered up (ekdōtos) according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified (prospēxantes) and killed (aneilate) by the hands of lawless men. (Acts 2:22-23)

Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified (estaurōsate). (Acts 2:23)

    And then:
Your second quote disproves the first. In the first you state Jews and Gentiles as one new man is only for the “church age”

In the second quote, Paul is saying the union of Jew and Gentile into the one new man by the work of Jesus on the cross is permanent; “in the ages to come” Christ continues to show His grace toward us.

    Peace to you

Who do you want to believe Jesus or Peter?. I think Jesus should have known what was going to happen. Peter only thought he knew. it's not that Peter lied He just didn't know. At the end Jesus prayed and told His Father to take His spirit He said "Father into thy hands I commit my Spirit". I suppose it depends on just who you think Jesus was. He is God and can do things like that. He even planned His death on purpose to sacrifice Him Self for the whole world. This wasn't just a murder He had to give up Him Self to be a sacrifice. He is God and all powerful.

As I said-either YOU'YE wrong, or Scripture is. Here ya go:

Rev. 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

Rev. 20:6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Pretty plain, eh? Now, please tell us why it's wrong.

BTW, you just showed us another reason to not use the outdated KJV. In its day, a "mansion" was any dwelling. It could be a grass hut. And the Greek word here is mone, which means "an abode". While a home in heaven will be much-more-substantial than any home here, we should keep to the proper translation of the Greek in OUR English.

Again, denying the inerrancy and sufficiency of scripture.

Thank you for your vote of confidence. Don't you mean I have no understanding of Calvinism. It's not in scripture, how could I.?
