The "dispensations" are the ways of worshipping God.
He was worshipped by obedience to His voice before He gave His law to Israel. Then, He was worshipped according to the law as He gave it to Moses. Then, after Jesus came & instituted the New Covenant, the present system of worship has been in being. And after He returns, He will bring another system of worship by His direct, physical presence. There are no other "dispensations".
"Dispy" is a preterist term for anyone who doesn't believe their false doctrine.
28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh: 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

The YLT is word for word it says
1Co 12:2
ye have known that ye were nations, unto the dumb idols—as ye were led—being carried away;
Either way the verse does not say what you had hoped for;

For the record, I define Dispensationalism as the set of eschatological beliefs (in all its different iterations) promoted by John Nelson Darby, C.I. Scofield, Louis Sperry Chafer, and Charles Ryrie. Like any other belief system there are those in the mainstream of its thought and those who are "out there." I consider teachers like John Hagee to be in the latter category.
There is a rumour that the Scottish parliament once debated the motion "an unpopular minority is always right."
It was carried by an overwhelming majority!
Saints, Christians, Believers in Jesus Christ the Lord, followers of the Way, Disciples, the Church, et al, but
apart from assertions like Rom. 2:29 being a Jew is a follower of the OC by circumcision and NOT a NC believer baptised into Christ. Note the triple division in 1 Cor. 10:32.
Do you always follow the majority? The Bible says
:
Mat_7:14
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
