Can you offer anything substantive to prove your point or is all you can do is giggle like a 12 year old?

Let me help you. You're having a hard time staying on topic. Here it is:

If Senator Obama does not win the Democratic nomination, then it will be rather difficult for me to support him on November 4.
-
OK. Let's try again.

KenH (you know him, don't you?)
I think that there is a better than 50% chance that he has done so. We will find out next Tuesday in Indiana and North Carolina. If Senator Clinton wins both, then the super delegates will begin to flock to her.
"Because Wright is a gift determined to keep on giving, this question arises: Can persons opposed to Barack Obama's candidacy justly make use of Wright's invariably interesting interventions in the campaign? The answer is: Certainly, because Wright's paranoias tell us something -- exactly what remains to be explored -- about his 20-year parishioner."

Why would Wright purposely try to derail Obama's candidacy?
Can Obama actually deny knowledge of Wright's attitudes with a straight face?
As to the latter, I believe Obama is lying.
As to the former, I don't know how the mind of a paranoid schitzo like Wright works. any ideas?Click to expand...Click to expand...Click to expand... -

2) He has so far.
3) Nope. -
Thank you.
But I don't think people are falling for the straight face act. -
At the risk of being called a flip-flopper by those conservatives, I have serious questions about whether Senator Obama can win the Democratic nomination.

If Senator Obama is the nominee, I don't plan on voting for him... but if he loses the nomination it won't be because MSNBC's Hardball Chris Matthews didn't try to prop him up this afternoon.
Matthews spoke about how mad Obama was about Wright's view points and how he had completely and totally divorced himself from his former pastor but refusing to admit until another panelist pointed out that this was 4 days too late. Wright had started making these statements last week in interviews.
I think Sen. Obama is losing this. I don't know why Wright is making these statements but he sure isn't doing his former member any good.
I am going to say this, but it concerns me that Wright is seemingly making more fanciful statements all the time. Could there be some physical cause for it. I am not trying to be mean, but I have been around others who start making statements like this (not the content, but the obvious "weirdness") and then later discovering some physical brain problem. I don't know, just trying to make sense of why a man would so patently try to derail another's career. -

I think it's a carreer move. He sees an opportunity. I don't think it's a brain malfunction, just greed, & shortsightedness.

Ken, the only way to handle a smart aleck kid is to ignore him. Try this on Carpro, it just might work. I know I am much happier since I stopped conversing with him. -
Gee, I feel like making a campaign contribution to Rev. Wright....
-
I don't know if Rev. Wright did alone. That was all dying down before Obama's "Religon and gun clinging" comments on the left coast. I tend to believe the latter hurt him more than Wright's comments, but Obama's own words are worsened by the Wright controversy, and vice versa. I will say that if Hillary wins this nomination, she has no one to thank but Obama, which is why I am even more convinced that Obama will not appear on the ticket with Hillary. A Clinton loyalist or at least a so far uncommitted Dem will be her Veep choice. Obama had this nomination gift wrapped for him, and he could squander it. But it's not too late for him to regain it.
Funny that Wright is hitting the circuit and Obama is speaking of "outrage" against him. Not that this kind of thing would ever be contrived to try to give Obama a bounce-back ;) -

TomVols said:You were a supporter of Ron Paul and seriously questioned his ability to win the GOP nod, so I wouldn't think this would qualify you as a flipflopper. If anything, you're consistent. You're 2 for 2 in saying your guy may not win the party nomination :)Click to expand...
Paul was a no brainer. Obama is a serious contender. Right now, it is his nomination to lose.
It's a mental game. Protect your psyche and expect the worst.;)
Or, at least say you do and cover all the bases. -
swaimj said:If the Wright issue persists, it will make Obama unelectable in the general election. If the super-delegates think he is unelectable they will give the nod to Hillary.
The Republicans in NC have used the Wright issue in their ads to attack Obama. McCain has condemned them for this. This is the type of self-righteousness on the part of McCain which will probably cost him the general election. The man's judgement is seriously lacking.Click to expand...

On that note, the discussion at my barber was there might be a hit out on Wright. This idiott is single handedly destroying the hopes and dreams of an entire race. His race, friend and parishioner... Perhaps he made AIDS and wants to blame it on the government (I started that rumor).
