I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jason. I am currently a Captain serving active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a UH-1Y helicopter pilot. I am currently attending Bethel Baptist Theological Seminary in San Diego to earn my M.Div. I am married with two boys ages 6 and 4. I also have a girl on the way (due Feb 18. Officially, I am non-denominational. However, I lean heavily on Baptist theology. I am what some may consider Bapticostal. I look forward to the fellowship.
My philosophy on theology is simple. Of course there are black and white issues that are clearly right non-negotiable. However, there is a lot of grey. There are some theological doctrines and positions that have been debated for literally hundreds of years and have ample evidence supporting both sides. I encourage different points of view.
