If it isn't white-oriented, it's not racist.

From the website:
As part of our strategic plan the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (HHCC) strives to increase the number of Hispanics on boards and executive positions throughout the Houston area. We have developed this program to allow us to hear from individuals who would like to hear about available board positions and to hear from organizations seeking candidates for their boards.
With more than 200 attendees, the monthly Networking and Business Development Breakfast is the largest networking breakfast in Houston. Members showcase their products and services through exhibit tables and through networking with the other members. Keynote speakers share their expertise and new opportunities.
As part of the HHCC Strategic Plan, the Chamber has identified procurement opportunity as a major focus. Through the Procurement Summit & Business Expo, participants interact directly with Procurement sources (city, corporate, & governmental entities). This constructive Business to Business matchmaking opportunity provides entrepreneurs with direct access to procurement sources.
Through the Latina Roundtable, participants have business development opportunities with top female entrepreneurs and discuss critical business issues affecting Latina entrepreneurs.
Whether it is start-up or expansion you are seeking, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce can be an effective business resource for any individual or small business. Through information, access, and business development, the Chamber can give you the resources needed to make your business a success.
Since its inception, the Chamber has been able to offer members a variety of services and assistance, including referrals, resources, business training, contacts, minority certification, and advocacy. Chamber members also enjoy additional benefits such as eNewsletters, Contacto (our quarterly newsletter), educational seminars, procurement opportunity seminars, international relations, access to current statistical information, and additional products & services. -

and as long as they are consistent about it.
If a group has their own Chamber of Commerce- or any other type of organization - then they should not complain if another group does likewise - whether it is caucasian, KKK, Christian, (fill in the blank), ect -

Most Certainly....why is any town or cities Chamber of Commerce configuring their resources around one ethnic group vs a diverse group? -
