I have given a lot of study and thought to these two verses of scripture; Acts 4:12 KJV Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.and Rom 1:20 KJV For the invisable things of him from the creation, of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so they are without excuse. Both Billy Graham and Joel Osteen have given answers on Larry King Live that strongly imply that man can be saved without hearing the name of Christ. Also BG stated the same in an interview with Robert Shullar back in the 90s. Could these scriptures be the source their justification of these statements statement?
No other Name!

How was Noah saved? How about David? Moses? Elijah?
What about those who TRULY have never heard the Gospel? Those who have not heard of a man who lived named Jesus who was God incarnate?
None of these know the name of Jesus so could they be saved? -
Anyone who is saved, is saved by grace through faith.
Those who die never having heard the Gospel preached die in their sins and are condemned. -
Those who have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ will be judged by their own moral code (Romans 2:14...they are a law unto themselves.) They will acknowledge that their condemnation is just, since they know that they haven't even kept the moral code they embrace. -
Therefore God also highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Even the op misses His name. "Christ" is Greek for "Messiah" and a title, not a name. Same with "Lord" - a title, not a name.
His name is [in English] "Jesus".
