    Back to reality.

    I, obviously can still access the Internet. I checked my computer against this computer problem some time ago, so I wasn't surprised to see everything is alright.

    Not only that but because of the nature of the malware, you would still have internet access but you would be essentially 'blind' because you couldn't get anywhere unless you knew the numerical IP address of the website you wanted to visit.
